Privacy Policy

Roomify™ is a product of Avemtis Properties, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Roomify”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the Roomify mobile application, our website at https://roomifyapp.ai, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Photos and images. Roomify processes photos that you capture or upload for enhancement — property interiors and exteriors, listing photographs, and associated visual content.

Account information. When you create an account, we may collect your name and email address.

Listing information. Property addresses, listing names, listing metadata, and user-generated notes.

Purchase information. When purchases are made through Apple’s in-app purchase system, Apple provides receipt information that allows us to verify purchases and unlock features. Roomify does not receive or store credit card information.

Usage and diagnostic information. App version, device type, operating system information, crash reports, error logs, anonymous device identifiers, and usage statistics.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Artificial intelligence processing

When you submit a photo for enhancement, the photo is transmitted to OpenAI’s API for processing. OpenAI receives the image and returns an enhanced version to Roomify. As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy:

• OpenAI API submissions are not used to train OpenAI models.
• Roomify does not use your uploaded photos to train artificial intelligence models.
• Roomify does not sell or license your photos to third parties.

Users should review OpenAI’s privacy and data-handling policies for additional information.

4. Service providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Services:

• OpenAI — processes image-enhancement requests.
• Supabase — hosts user accounts, listings, photos, databases, and related content.
• Apple — processes and authenticates in-app purchases.

These providers are contractually required to protect data consistent with applicable law.

5. Data storage and retention

Photos, listings, and account information are stored for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services. When users delete photos, listings, or accounts:

• Active records are removed from production systems.
• Backup copies may persist temporarily.
• Data may be retained where required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

Account deletion requests are generally processed within thirty (30) days.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, which may include encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported, authentication controls, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information. Requests may be submitted to info@roomifyapp.ai.

8. California privacy rights

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related laws. Roomify does not sell personal information. California residents may request information regarding the categories of personal information collected and request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

9. GDPR and international users

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, Roomify processes personal information based on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, and user consent where required. Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

10. Children’s privacy

Roomify is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. Cookies and website technologies

Our website may use cookies, session technologies, security tools, and similar technologies necessary for operation, security, and performance. Users may adjust browser settings to limit certain cookie usage.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the App, Website, or email. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
